Cloud Forms Dino Eating Turtle

Yesterday on my way home, I saw a group of clouds forming like a dinosaur that wanted to catch a turtle and the turtle almost caught while leaping to a flying carpet. 

P.S. This is a sightings and because I am not able to draw the exact image and instead am just putting some pictures that exactly represent of what I saw.
